At Nations Club, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Include all tags and accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized items

  • Hygiene products (e.g., earphones, brushes, opened cosmetics)

3. Return Procedure

To request a return, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if the product is defective or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 3 business days with detailed return instructions.

Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photo or video evidence

All replacement and return shipping costs will be covered by Nations Club.

7. International Orders

For international purchases, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by Nations Club.
